All data is held on a secure server with password access given to team members only if required for them to fulfil agreed services with you. We will never share any business information or personal contact details with anyone outside of our organisation. The only exception to this would be disclosure required of us by law. Our organisation is defined as employees of Spooner Fitzgerald or The Growth Department and our network of approved third party suppliers or freelancers appointed to provide contracted services to you.

We only store contact information for communication purposes in the day to day running of a project and do not use any contact information for marketing or sales promotions.

All data provided will be stored securely for a maximum of 5 years following a project’s completion.
