After a 3-year period of significant investment, the goal was to unify acquisitions by bringing them onto a shared platform, creating a ‘whole greater than the sum of its parts’ proposition and firmly positioning the business as a Cloud-first enterprise tech partner.

A digital audit highlighted a large, untapped growth opportunity in alignment of market-facing offer with commercial search terms.

We developed a new name, re-designed the service offering and undertook a digital upgrade to reposition the business for increased online visibility, quality traffic volumes and conversion.

The new strategic positioning reflects exactly how we want to present ourselves to the market. We wanted to unify the group businesses, but also let the market know what our capabilities truly are, and the new positioning has done this really successfully. Our people who would’ve referred to their acquired business previously now stop themselves and say, ‘ARO’ which is a big step change. I’m really happy with the outcome.
